Information collection and use

This is how FSE uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

1) When you subscribe to our newsletter via the online form, you voluntarily give us your first name, last name and an email address.
We use these personal data exclusively to send you information about the activities of the Federation of Screenwriters in Europe in the form of newsletters (group mailing processed by Mailchimp).
You can contact us it you want to modify or delete your personal data at office (at) federationscreenwriters.eu.

2) We give access to the Members’ Area to a limited number of people nominated by the FSE member guilds. To create a user account, we use some of the personal data provided directly to us by each member guild : first name, last name and email address. We guarantee that the personal data collected to create users’ accounts will not be used for other purposes.
The users of the Members’ Area have access to their user account online where they can update their personal data. They can contact us if they want to delete their user account at office (at) federationscreenwriters.eu.
Users are responsible for keeping the password they use for accessing the Members’ Area of our website strictly confidential. They will not allow any other person to use their account to access the website.

We will never use information you provide for other purposes than those described above.
